Inky black, it reveals terrific concentration, with a wide array of lush and powerful flavors that include smoky chocolate mole, blueberry jam, cassis, and dark black truffle pudding then crescendo with a long finish that includes slightly toasted oak combined with a hint of smoked game and roasted herbs.

This is a tremendous example of Pinot that is clean and focused.
