Enticing aromas of cherries and tobacco leaf give way to ripe figs and plums, with hints of sage and huckleberry. Gorgeous notes of cedar lead nicely to a combination of rich, red-black fruits. This will be great with steak, but given it’s early approachability it’ll go great with a wide range of dishes.
