The 2015 le Croix Moine is an exceptional wine that comes across as focused and polished right out of the bottle, displaying a bouquet of dark cherry, orange peel and hints of salted caramel. The palate is well-layered, but with forward, ripe fruit shining through. This is a marvelous bottle of wine right now that will continue to thrill for a decade or more.
