This is a beautifully expressive Cabernet that simultaneously captures both the complexity and hedonistic side of the grape. The bouquet is resplendent with black fruit, cocoa and spice box. The palate shows plenty of forward red and black current, but also sage, pipe tobacco and cut flowers. With structure and ageability, there is plenty to love here. Enjoy over the next 5-7 years.
