Bold and complex, the 2012 Encosta shows classic Cabernet character from start to finish. Aromas of black cherry, currant, and tobacco leaf evolve into an amalgam of brooding dark fruit, spice box, and hints of cocoa on an ultra-velvety texture. This is a knock out now and will continue to cellar well for a decade.
