Beneath all that energy is Georgia’s familiar core of richness and luxurious texture, joined by intriguing notes of tarragon and fresh green herbs that add complexity and lift. The defining feature of this vintage is its electric acidity, far more tensile and mouthwatering than most years, giving remarkable precision and momentum through the long finish. Elegant, complex and insanely delicious now, especially with oysters, but another year in bottle should allow the texture and flavors to knit together beautifully.
