The palate is impeccably balanced with white flowers, a captivating texture, and exquisitely pure fruit flavors. Hints of sweet garden herbs linger in the background and culminate in a long, seductive finish reminiscent of flakey croissant. This Chardonnay has real potential to cellar (if you’re more patient than me!) but is drinking exceptionally well now after decanting. Enjoy any time for the next decade.
