We savored this sensational upcoming release and highly recommend for enjoyment – – with prime rib – – tonight (after decanting 30 minutes) and/or anytime over the next 5 – 7 years thanks to the dark fruit and rich texture which features grainy tannins, tangy baking spices (primarily thyme and tarragon), and a satifying finish. We were impressed by the dark fruit flavors including crushed blackcurrants, figs and hints of lavender, pipe tobacco, and then molten dark chocolate on the finish. Enjoy through 2031.
