We savored the luscious notes of cocoa, blueberry compote and hints of creamy oak on the silky finish. Prodigious tannins that are well balanced with the aforementioned flavors make this a candidate for Napa’s most age-worthy second label, akin to a fine Bordeaux such as Pauillac de Latour or Le Pavillion Rouge du Margaux.
