This ‘unicorn’ bottling is from the celebrated Vaudesir Grand Cru vineyard in Chablis. These vines are almost 50 years old and this majestic white aged for almost three years prior to release. The texture is ultra-silky and the alluring flavors include waves of star jasmine plus apricot, lemon confit and zesty minerality that crescendo with hints of vanilla oak on the finish. One of our tasting panel members left this open for 3 hours and enjoyed with seafood later in the evening. It was an exotic match made in Heaven.
