This is simply a triumph of a Pinot. Dark ruby in color, the 2013 Beaux Freres offers fresh red fruit, potpourri, and hints of cinnamon on the nose. These qualities evolve into rich, red cherry notes, spice, and just a kiss of oak. The texture here is magnificent and will provide a marvelous drinking experience for at least another 5-7 years.
