This is racy and vibrant right from the start but showing a lot of sophistication and balance. Dark fruit, including plum and currant and wet earth notes and baking spice. Very bright and lifted while also having a satisfying weight in the mouth. Though this should improve for several years, it’s already tremendously enjoyable and will be delicious after an hour or so of decanting.
