This is a full-throttle Chardonnay with generous French Oak flavors and buttery popcorn notes that are unmistakably California. We love how winemaker Jeff Gaffner manages to let the chalky and wet stone mineral flavors shine alongside the oak with the juicy flavors of honeycrisp apple and citrusy lemon and lime.
