Caraccioli Cellars Brut Santa Lucia Highlands 2006

The remarkably tiny bubbles stand out from the start. A fruity aroma and bouquet with a smooth yeasty nose lead to elegant flavors of creamy almond and hazelnut that shine through at the beginning. hint of crisp apple and fresh pear on the rich, powerful finish end this trancendental experience.
