The 2009 MX is a classic in the making, displaying complex aromas, stunning texture, and impeccable balance. The bouquet is loaded with rich black fruits, allspice, star anise, and hints of dark chocolate. The palate is lush, but well-structured, offering plenty of cassis and baking spice. This is drinking very well now and will continue to evolve in the cellar for at least another decade.
