The 2013 Dyer Cabernet is a true connoisseur’s wine and absolutely captivating. Showing the more elegant side of Cabernet, it displays a bouquet of fresh cherry and plum, lavender and cedar spice. The texture is simply divine, offering supple tannins, loads of fresh dark fruit, sage, black olive, and hints of toasty oak at the finish. This is showing extremely well now and will continue to drink beautifully for 10-15 years.
