Chateau Boswell Sauvignon Blanc Jacquelynn Cuvee 2007

While maintaining the delightful freshness and citrus tones of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, Luc Morlet has brought out a luscious fruit component and silky texture rarely achieved with this fruit alone by blending it with the more smooth and rich Semillon grape. The finished wine is magnificent; pleasing in color and rich in nose. Extremely aromatic aromas offer up delicate fruit (citrus, melon, peach, and fig) along with subtle herb overtones. On the tongue, the rich mouthfeel has layers of honeysuckle, vanilla and soft oak, culminating in a delightfully fresh, crisp, long finish.
