The blockbuster 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon ratchets up the level of intensity, power, concentration, and depth. Filled with notes of flowers, black raspberries, black currants, cherries, licorice, spice box, subtle herbs, and new oak, it will be even better with 3-4 years of bottle age, and should keep for 25 years. Produced from primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc included in the blend. Production is between 150-300 cases.
