Canard Duchene Champagne Charles VII Brut Rose NV

With its delicate, pinkish hue and magnificent pearlized ribbon, the Charles VII Rose stands apart for its intense, fresh fruit notes of strawberries, cherries, and hints of cassis against a backdrop of mineral notes for enhanced freshness. This bright, seductive cuvee is delightful as an aperitif, enjoyed throughout the evening or to accompany an array of French menus.

Canard Duchene Winery

In France, Canard Duchene Champagne is so cherished among savvy locals they say a bottle is opened every 15 seconds. Canard-Duchêne is unique in its origins, history and style. The Champagne house has been located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims National Park, since 1868. Its founders, Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne, both well-known characters in Champagne, were granted the right by the Russian Imperial Family to adopt its coat of arms as the family emblem. The crowned two-headed eagle has thus appeared on evry Canard-Duchêne label since the end of the 19th century. These authentic original Champagnes combine fruit, intensity and complexity.
